Latitude 33’s Grand Opening is this weekend, Saturday and Sunday, July 17th and 18th from noon to 3pm.

SKY PenthouseThis long awaited, modern beach-inspired community has been designed and branded by the award-winning integrated design firm, KAA Design Group and we are ready to show it off!   Latitude 33 sets a new standard in modern beach living and we are finally having our Public Grand Opening!

BOARDWALK CollectionModel Tours begin with the two-level designer-furnished BOARDWALK Collection. This Collection offers 27 residences, an eclectic mix of townhomes and flats and is set within a lushly landscaped courtyard.  Pricing anticipated to start in the high $600s.

Guests can then ascend into the SKY Collection with a tour of SKY Tower’s 5th floor flats that soar above Venice and the Marina.  Priced from the high $600s, these concierge-attended, urban floorplans are set in a nine-story tower with high-end pedestrian level retail.

Penthouse ViewThe tour concludes with a true highlight - the SKY Tower’s Penthouse - boasting luxurious living and panoramic views of the city, sea and sky from Malibu to the Palos Verdes Peninsula.  Penthouse prices anticipated to commence at $1.5 Million

The William Turner Latitude 33 Art Walk: SKY Tower unit #501 has been fashioned into a must-see Art Walk and extension of the famed William Turner Gallery, which has its roots on the historical “Market Street” in Venice.

Grilled Cheese TruckThe Grilled Cheese Truck: On Saturday, the Grilled Cheese Truck will be parked on Via Dolce and Washington. Guest will have an opportunity to try one of LA’s favorite gourmet food trucks before or after touring Latitude 33.

The Big Swirl Truck:  LA’s latest soft serve sensation, will be serving up treats on Washington and Via Dolce on Sunday!

eBikesebikes:   eBikelikeme will be showcasing their electric bike collection, featuring demonstrations of four popular models.  Visitors may also enter to win a prize from eBikelikeme onsite at the demonstration.
